Most first businesses fail on a question that was answerable before launch: will anyone pay? Every year, experienced professionals pour savings, nights and confidence into unvalidated ideas, and the failure was visible on day one. Our purpose is to make the evidence visible first, so effort and money only flow into ideas that have earned them.

Our vision for 2026

A thousand honest verdicts.

By the end of 2026, we aim to have put a thousand business ideas from professionals across the United States and Canada through an honest validation: every one of them receiving a clear score, and the strongest of them a real market test ending in BUILD, MODIFY or WALK AWAY. Some of those verdicts will launch businesses that outgrow their founders' salaries. Others will save a family's savings from a likeable idea the market never wanted. We count both as the mission working.

And one commitment holds through all of it: the Validation Score™ stays free. Evidence about your own idea should never be behind a paywall.

The principles we won't trade

01Evidence over optimismOpinions (including ours) are the least reliable data in business. Scores, market tests and paying customers decide; enthusiasm doesn't.

02Validation before investmentNo website, no branding, no build until the market has signalled. The cheapest mistake is the one caught before a dollar moves.

03WALK AWAY is a winWe tell clients when the evidence says stop. Finding out for hundreds of dollars instead of tens of thousands is a success, and we treat it as one.

04Keep your job as long as you want itA salary is a strategic asset, not a cage. Everything we build is designed for nights, weekends and evidence-based decisions, never for reckless leaps.

05Transparent economicsThe validation is one complete fee with the ad budget inside it; monthly growth plans show ad spend separately because it scales with you. You get the figure from me directly, before you are asked for anything. A business built on clarity should be sold with clarity.

Who's behind Nine2Founder

Vik Uzoukwu, founder. After setting up several businesses and finding that no AI tool could show him the real issue (only real buyers could) he built Nine2Founder so other professionals get that evidence before they spend, not after.
